These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by BADtenderz (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking our services, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following:

1. Services Provided
BADtenderz provides mobile bartending services only.
We do not supply or sell alcohol. The Client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event
• No services will be provided until full payment is received

3. Cancellation Policy
• Retainers are non-refundable
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may be subject to full payment
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide a safe and suitable working environment
• Ensure access to necessary utilities (if applicable)
• Supply all alcohol in compliance with local laws
• Ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age

5. Right to Refuse Service
BADtenderz reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who:
• Is underage
• Appears visibly intoxicated
• Displays inappropriate or disruptive behavior
This is in accordance with responsible service practices.

6. Liability
BADtenderz is not liable for:
• Guest behavior or intoxication
• Damages caused by attendees
• Incidents resulting from failure to comply with laws
The Client assumes full responsibility for all guests and event conduct.

7. Damages & Equipment
The Client is responsible for any damage to BADtenderz equipment caused by guests or event conditions. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

8. Overtime
Service beyond the agreed time will be billed at $150/hour, subject to staff availability.

9. Travel Fees
Events outside of a 25-mile radius may be subject to additional travel fees, disclosed prior to booking.

10. Force Majeure
BADtenderz is not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Emergencies

11. Gratuity
A $250 service gratuity is included per bartender staffed for events where a tip jar is not permitted, ensuring a polished and seamless guest experience.
For events that allow guest tipping, gratuity will not be included and remains at the discretion of attendees.
12. Agreement
By booking BADtenderz, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
