BADtenderz provides professional bartending services only and does not sell, supply, or provide alcoholic beverages. All alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client or through a third party delivery service in accordance with applicable local and state laws.

BADtenderz and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or disruptive, in compliance with responsible alcohol service practices.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age and that the event complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

BADtenderz is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from:

    •    Guest behavior or intoxication

    •    Improper conduct of attendees

    •    Failure to comply with alcohol laws

The client assumes full responsibility for the event, including the conduct of all guests and the consumption of alcohol.
